Mc Club Prospect Rules. Prospect patch may be worn at all times. First off they need to have a drivers license.
Prospect does not have a say. Frequently ask Patch Holders how you are doing and if you should be doing. Prospect will stand behind club and members.

Second and perhaps most obvious they must own a motorcycle and it cant be broken down. The membership requirements at least officially for the Hells. -During meetings or at any stopping points in a ride all prospects must stand and guard the bikes. Punishment for violating club rules is swift.
